The person transferring payments to Heatherview Court bank account must identify the student.

In the case of Irish students, in the narrative on the transfer slips.

In the case of international students, in the originator on the transfer slips.

If this procedure is not followed, Heatherview Court cannot accept any responsibility for loss of transfer due to lack of identification of origin.

Also, all money transfers, both in Ireland and internationally, should be followed up with an email to confirm the date and amount lodged to Heatherview Court Student Management account.
