Based on our experience managing Heatherview Court, we understand that finding accommodation following CAO offers can be a confusing and frustrating process. We hope the information below helps clarify our application procedure.
Application Process :
Dates Applications open on March 1st and close on April 15th. While you can apply outside these dates, the next draw for room allocations will be in August.
Notification You will be notified by email (using the address provided on your application) regarding the status of your application on or before May 31st. Room offers that are not accepted will be reallocated again in the middle of June.
Allocation Rooms are allocated via a lottery system, not on a first-come, first-served basis.
Securing Your Room :
Acceptance Successful applicants will receive a room offer via email and must reply to accept the offer.
Deposit A deposit of €250 is required to secure the room. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.
Payment Bank details will be attached to your offer email. When transferring funds, it is imperative that you include the student's name as a reference so the payment can be correctly assigned.
