Dear Student, please find the following information regarding the accommodation application process.
Application Timeline Applications open on March 1st and close on April 15th. While the process remains open after this date, priority is given to those who apply within this timeframe.
Allocation Process Rooms are allocated via a lottery system, not on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be notified of the outcome via the email address provided in your application on or before May 31st.
Securing Your Room If your application is successful, you will receive a room offer email. To secure the room, you must: 1. Reply to the email to accept the offer. 2. Pay a €250 deposit (please refer to our cancellation policy). Your room is only confirmed once Heatherview Court has received both your acceptance email and your deposit. Please note that the offer is only valid for 14 days before it is reallocated to the next student in line.
Payment Information Bank details will be attached to your room offer email. When transferring funds, it is imperative that you include the student's name as a reference so the payment can be correctly assigned.
