Dear Student, please find the details regarding the application procedure and timelines for Heatherview Court below.
Application Period : Applications are open from February 1st to February 28th.
Notification : You will receive a notification via email, to the email address provided in your application, on or before March 30th.
Acceptance : If your application is successful, you will receive an email offering you a room. You must send a reply email accepting the offer.
Deposits : If you have a deposit from the previous year, it can be carried forward upon request.
Finalizing Your Booking : Your room is only secure once Heatherview Court receives your acceptance email and your deposit is either paid or confirmed as carried forward. Bank details will be included in the room offer email.
Late Applications : Applications from currently residing students received after February 28th will be processed alongside new applications and entered into the lottery system. Late applicants will be notified of the outcome on or before May 31st.
