Application Fee

An application fee of 250 euro is to be paid at the time of applying, this allows Heatherview Court to process your application.

If you are not offered a room by Heatherview Court for any reason, the application fee will be returned to the original Bank, via Bank Transfer

If you are offered a room by Heatherview Court, accept this offer, but later cancel within the correct timeframe, (see cancellation policy) you will be deducted 125 euro cancellation charge. 

There will be no refunds if the cancellation is received in email form after the correct timeframe.

If you are offered a room by Heatherview Court, accept the offer and take up the Lease, your 250 euro application fee will be used as part of your deposit.

Deposit’s Policy

Semester payments require a security deposit of 250 euro.

Monthly payments require a security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent in advance.

Security Deposit*. Refundable after move out pending and inspection of the apartment.

*The security deposit is non-refundable when the lease is broken or terminated early.

Payments Dates

Frist Semester payment is due on or before the 20th of August

Second Semester payment is due on or before 20th of December

Monthly payments will start on the 20th of August follow by 8 instalments on the 20th of every month thereafter.

Service Charge

Heatherview Court Charges a service charge of 1,100 euro per TUS Academic Year. This service charge covers all utility bills in Heatherview Court, Gas Heating, ESB, Internet, Refused, Tv Licence, except Laundry.
